We provide revenue cycle management and medical billing services to healthcare providers; this website is an informational and contact site and does not collect patient health information.

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox and stored in our private Google Workspace account (including a restricted-access spreadsheet). Google acts as our service provider for email and form processing. Data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, Google Workspace) or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask that we not sell it (we do not sell it).
